Event Management (活動管理)
一直都是艾薇很嚮往的一個課程
因為總覺得 Event Planner 或 Wedding Manager 是一個很酷的工作
^^ 也一直是夢想中的工作喔
真可惜那個年代，很少活動管理這門科系
所以對艾薇來說，一直以來都是一個夢想...
艾薇一直是一個很天馬行空的人
對生活、對工作有很多的想像空間
所以在目前服務的公司 - 艾爾斯
也很開心能一直安排了許許多多、無ㄟ某ㄟ的活動
盡可能的把興趣跟工作結合在一起
而又能對工作上有所幫助
所以，如果有一天艾薇能夠學習專業的課程
就更加棒呆了
澳洲有一所國立飯店管理專科 - William Angliss TAFE
就有一個很棒的 Event Management 課程
這個課程是採用三明治教學法
哇~ "三明治教學法" - 呵呵~ 聽起來很好吃哩
究儘什麼是"三明治教學法"呢??
就讓艾薇來介紹給大家
這種課程的安排方式呢，就是一學期上課、一學期實習
接著再一學期上課、一學期實習，一層一層的夾在一起
所以呢，就稱之為三明治教學法
所有的實習皆為當地活動管理公司或飯店、餐廳活動管理等
除了可得到澳洲公立學院的證書之外，還可有當地工作經驗
真是太完美的課程了
以下為課程介紹
- Certificate Event (一年) 第一學期&第二學期
- Diploma of Event (二年) 第三學期&第四學期
- Advance Diploma of Event (二年半) 第五學期&第六學期
第一年的 Certificate III in Event - Industry Placement Program
第一學期: 課程內容包含活動管理的基本技能與知識理論，展場安排，行銷活動安排與策略，人際溝通，產品資訊，財經管理，安全知識與訓練。
課程長度: 18週的課程，每週24小時課堂教學

第二學期: 為業界實習，時間一共是324小時，在實習之前，學校將會安排一週深度的業界訓練，包含顧客關係，活動營養學，活動飲食安排與服務等。

第二年的 Diploma Event Management - Industry Placement Program
第三學期: 課程內容包含活動管理的管理的基本技巧與知識理論，商用活動的法律知識，會議安排與贊助商，財經與預算管理，風險管理，商業營運，項目管理，活動科技，主題與草案規劃。
課程長度: 18週的課程，每週24小時課堂教學

第四學期: 為業界實習，時間一共是396小時，在實習之前，學校將會安排一週深度的業界訓練，包含顧客服務與品質，管理服務，工作指令下達技巧與計劃。

第五學期: 課程內容包含行銷策略知識理論，財務營運管理，人力資源管理，資產管理，商業規劃，活動規劃差異及活動規劃品質管理。
課程長度: 18週的課程，每週24小時課堂教學

將來的工作選擇: 活動管理與規劃、餐飲管理與規劃、展場管理與規劃、餐廳規劃、音樂廳規劃、劇院規劃、運動場規劃、節慶規劃等等
2011年的學費
第1.3.5學期: 每學期為 A$6500
第2.4學期: 每學期為 A$3125
平均一年的學費為A$9625
開課時間: 2月、7月
